50 MINUTES TO A STRONG, FITTER YOU!
Stay active and feel your best this holiday season! This 50-minute class delivers a full-body workout that keeps you moving and motivated. You’ll cycle through stations combining strength training, cardio, and core exercises in an energizing circuit format. An instructor will guide you every step of the way — demonstrating proper form, offering modifications, and cueing when it’s time to switch. Whether you’re looking to build strength, boost endurance, or simply stay on track through the busy season, this class is an efficient, fun, and effective way to keep your “Health for the Holidays” in focus! Please bring a water bottle, mat, and wear comfortable clothing.
