Join us for a collaborative workshop featuring Pilates With Mandy and Sol Sauna.

Align & Restore is a curated wellness workshop designed to restore & rejuvenate utilizing an hour of pilates followed by an hour of restorative contrast therapy (Sauna + Cold Plunge) *Plunge optional :)

Two Experiences in One:
Movement First: 1 hour of pilates with Mandy to awaken, align & strengthen your body.
Thermal Recovery: 1 hour of Sol Sauna’s signature contrast therapy. (Sauna + Cold Plunge)
