What to Expect:
✅ Warm-up & Conditioning: Start with 20 minutes of stretching, calisthenics, and warm-up exercises to build strength, flexibility, and endurance.
✅ Karate Fundamentals: Learn the basic techniques of American Karate, tailored to your skill level. As you progress, you’ll develop muscle memory through structured forms and drills to prepare you for practical application.
✅ Self-Defense Training: Understand how to apply these techniques in real-world self-defense situations, with an emphasis on discipline and non violence.
This class is perfect for beginners and experienced martial artists alike and a great opportunity to train in a supportive and structured environment! Bonus for Adult Classes: Our instructors also incorporate Kobudo training during class, teaching techniques with Bo/Staff, Tonfa, and Sai.
