This is a shared social sauna — the same style people use every day in Finland and now spreading across the U.S. Even if it’s new to you, it feels natural fast. Each sauna fits about 6 people, and the vibe always lands somewhere between light conversation, quiet reflection, and a whole lot of steam. No pressure to talk, no forced socializing — just warmth, water, and a surprisingly grounding way to spend part of your holiday.

We’ll have two wood-fired saunas ? on the beach, and Mona Lake will be sitting in the low–mid 40s ❄️ — perfect for a refreshing reset between rounds.

The rhythm is simple:
Sauna → Lake → Rehydrate/Rest → Repeat
Warm up ? cool down ❄️ breathe deeper ?️ and let your mind and body settle.
If you’re new to this, we’ll guide you at your own pace.
