Once the lake freezes, we cut out a swimming hole because apparently humans enjoy making bold choices in January.

Sessions run 100 minutes. Long enough to actually unwind, short enough that you don’t melt. Winter sucks. Sauna makes it better.

This is a shared community sauna for up to six people. It sounds wild until you try it, then it somehow feels completely natural. The heat hits, the stress drops, strangers stop feeling like strangers and everyone walks out looking like they just pressed a reset button.

Why it works
Sauna pushes your cardiovascular system the same way light exercise does, boosting blood flow, easing muscle tension and releasing a wave of endorphins. The cold plunge flips your nervous system into high-alert for a few seconds, then into deep calm afterward. That hot-cold cycle improves mood, sharpens focus and leaves you feeling surprisingly alive for someone who willingly jumped into a frozen lake.
