Holding Women's Circles isn't following a cookie cutter sequence - it is a deeply personal gift. Let Loki guide you to find your own, unique voice in your offerings. As an experienced circle facilitator for well over a decade, Loki will share how to step into a space of intentional leadership, using your empathy and life experience to support and shift stories of trauma in women. Together, we will explore:

✨ How to hold space - Learn techniques to swiftly enter the frequency of the space holder

✨ Ritual - Learn to open and close a sacred space: meditations, smudging, breath work & altar; Explore and create many different ways a circle can be offered in order to find your personal style & offering

✨ Empowerment through deep listening - Develop radical non-judgement & become a sacred vessel of confidentially without burden

Throughout this transformational weekend, Loki will share all of her techniques to transform the energies and potential trauma stories in the room. Whatever burdens are being held, learn to help the women in your circle to release them, incl. old patterns and limitations. You will also receive a manual, with tips & techniques for your circles.
