The sound bath will begin promptly at 10:30 am.On the day:Mats to lie on will be providedCushions and light blankets, and eye masks will be available but feel free to bring your own.Please bring water to drink afterwards.Please note:Over 18's only or 16+ if with a parent.The doors will open for the sound bath,10 minutes prior to the start.A sound bath may not be for you if you are pregnant and in your first or last three months of pregnancy.
