Aughenbaugh, MA, NCC, LPC, CCTP &Corina Berkoben, Yoga Instructor(Both facilitators have completed TPYG training with Amy Battersby, the original founder of TPYG)Over the course of 12 weeks, we will gently and intentionally:• Learn about trauma through psychoeducation• Understand how trauma lives in the body and nervous system• Build tools that help us respond instead of react• Integrate somatic healing + yoga to release what is no longer serving usThis is not about fixing yourself.
