Join Miss Dani from Wild Flow Wellbeing for a relaxing morning of Nature Yoga, Mindfulness and Nature Craft under the trees

Our session will start with a welcome circle and fun group yoga and mindfulness session (suitable for all ages and levels of fitness)

followed by a Nature Inspired Craft Activity

No prior yoga experience or equipment required

*Bubs in arms and younger siblings welcome

*Parents & Caregivers are encouraged to join in and enjoy the morning together
