As the new school year is now underway, we would like to invite all families to a Welcome Picnic on Friday, 6 March to celebrate the fantastic start to the year. This is a wonderful opportunity to
reconnect, meet new families and spend some relaxed time with staff and students in a friendly, informal setting. We would love to see all families come along to enjoy good company, conversation and the joy of starting a new year as a school community.
🏏 Activities: A number of lawn games such as Giant Connect Four, Giant Jenga, Giant Noughts and Crosses and Corn Hole Toss will be on the oval for families to enjoy. We will have Match Point Tennis running modified tennis activities on the oval, Qld Cricket facilitating some fun games along with some other
special guests and activities. There will also be entertainment and a photo booth set up on the oval
🕰️ Time: 5.00pm – 7.00pm
📍Location: Oval (Please note that this event may be cancelled in the event of inclement weather).
🧺 BYO: Picnic rug, camp chairs, snacks, drinks.
The school kindly requests that no glass bottles, glasses or containers are brought onto the oval. Please remember that this is a family friendly event. The school promotes responsible consumption of alcohol.

🧀 Classic Grazing Platter - $35
Castello Double Cream Brie, South Cape Vintage Cheddar, Kabana, Cabanossi, Hungarian White Salami, Wafer Cracker, Quince Paste
🍔 Hamburger $6 (Vegetarian and gluten free options available)
Beef pattie, lettuce, tomato, cheese, beetroot and sauce with a choice of drink (soft drink or water)
🥤 A variety of soft drinks and water will also be available for purchase on the night.

The Snackers Delight Platter and Classic Grazing Platter will need to be preordered and paid for through Parent Lounge in Events and Payments by Thursday, 26 February. All preordered platters will be available for collection at the Oval from 5.00pm on Friday, 6 March.
