Her approach gently guides you to explore yourself by reconnecting with your breath, body, emotions, and mind, release what no longer serves, and return to freedom and love. With over 2,000 teaching hours and 1,000 hours of certifications across the U.S., Australia, and Indonesia, Nicole brings both depth and heartfelt presence to her teachings and is a member of the San Diego Voice and Sound Healing Collective based out of Southern California.Ben is a breathwork teacher, multi-instrumental sound practitioner and student, exploring the intersections of science, spirit and energy to heal and bring our bodies into a natural state of ease and wellbeing. He is co-founder of the Mother Earth Sound Collective based on the East Coast and a member of the San Diego Voice and Sound Collective based in Southern California.
