Enjoy the adventure of taking your practice to the water in a  SoulSUP Yoga class. This 1 hour session includes an intro to stand up paddle boarding including how to get on the water, how to stabilize and turn your board, and proper paddling technique. We will paddle out and anchor for a series of creatively linked SUP-specific poses, followed by blissful relaxation on your board. Modifications offered for all ability levels, no experience necessary. Come with an open mind,an open heart and ready for the experience of a lifetime.

You will need a paddleboard, life jacket, whistle and anchor. If you need assistance getting equipment please contact us, we have limited rentals available.
