I hope this message finds you well. As many of you know, Shepherd of the Sea Food Pantry has been blessed to serve our local community- meeting families where they are, offering support, and ensuring no neighbor goes hungry. This mission is only possible because of the caring hearts and willing hands of volunteers like you.
SOS is in great need of additional volunteers
If you have a few hours to spare and a heart for service, we would be grateful to have you join us.
We currently need help in the following areas:
• In-Take Assistants (3 days a week) Greeting and registering neighbors as they arrive.
• Greeters (3 days a week) Welcoming neighbors, guiding them through the process, and offering a friendly smile.
• Car Loaders (3 days a week) Assisting neighbors by loading groceries into vehicles.
• Shoppers (3 days a week) Helping neighbors select items and maintaining a positive, supportive experience.
• Pantry Stockers (7 days a week) Restocking shelves and keeping our pantry organized and welcoming.
• Food Truck Unloaders (7 days a week) - Helping unload deliveries so food gets to families quickly.
• Fundraising Support - Assisting with events and outreach that help sustain our mission.
If you have the time, the talents, or even just the desire to make a difference, we kindly ask that you consider volunteering with us. Every role, big or small, helps feed a family, brighten a day, and strengthen our community.
