Restorative Healing Day

Join us for an afternoon of healing, brining several activities to reset your nervous system and bring balance to your mind/body/spirit connection.

Breathwork techniques
Gentle movement / Restorative yoga
Guided Meditation
Sound Healing

First diving into the healing benefits of simple breathwork techniques that you can do at home, in the office, car or anywhere to calm, recenter and/or energize yourself.

Then allowing for some gentle movement and a restorative yoga practice to release tight fascia and restrictions, open up the body to receive and allow it to let go.

Slowly after movement, guiding you with a gentle calming meditation followed by a sound bath designed to send healing frequencies to restore your nervous system and heal your body as a whole.
