Group Drum Journey for Personal Insight

You’re invited to a gentle evening of rhythm, reflection, and deep listening. Guided by the steady beat of the drum, this journey offers a supportive way to access grounding, insight, and connection beyond words. No experience is needed, and participants are welcome to sit in a comfortable recliner, lie down, keep eyes open or closed, and engage in whatever way feels right.

This drum journey is held as a small, intentional gathering for those seeking rest, integration, or inner attunement. You do not need to know where the rhythm will take you, only to notice how your body responds as you listen.
