- **Event Description**: We have a donation-based grief and bereavement group at the Lotus Center held on the second Thursday of every month from 6:00-7:00 pm.

This group is open to anyone who is grieving a loss of family, friends, pets, etc.

This is not therapy, but grief processing. We set the protocol for participation (no fixing, no crosstalk, etc.) prior to beginning, and then individuals are encouraged to share their feelings, and everyone will hold space for their grief.

Sometimes, we may have a ritual or ceremony for releasing grief as well.
