Gratitude Journaling Class

"Look for the good, and the good will multiply!"

Gratitude is a key tool to manifesting your greatest desires, strengthening your relationships and finding happiness in your life. A great way to ponder on and implement daily gratitude in your life is through journaling!
This class is great for anyone who is new to journaling or individuals who have practiced daily journaling for years!

Provided in this class:
-An hour of creatively charged and loving space to learn something new and add new tools to your tool belt
-Time in class to reflect and journal through the different prompts that we will review in class
-A handout of all prompts we go over
-Gratitude Journal starter kit (includes a mini journal, pen and bookmark!)
