This soundbath is an invitation to release what you’ve been holding without effort or pressure.
Rather than trying to force emotional release or create a cathartic experience, this evening is designed to support a quieter process. When the nervous system settles and the body feels safe, what no longer needs to be carried often begins to soften and resolve on its own.
We’ll begin with a short guided meditation to help the body settle and create space for gentle release. From there, you’ll be immersed in a carefully structured soundbath using clear crystal quartz bowls and alchemy bowls, instruments known for their precise harmonic tones and ability to create a deeply coherent sound field.
Unlike many soundbaths that rely on loud gongs, drums, or frosted bowls that produce large waves of stimulating sound, this experience focuses on subtlety, precision, and nervous system regulation.
The sound experience will include:
• Clear crystal quartz singing bowls
• Alchemy singing bowls
• Seasonal chimes
• Spacious periods of stillness for integration
During the sound portion, Seraphim Blueprint and source frequencies will also be running quietly in the background. These frequencies support gentle energetic balance, helping the body’s energy system and chakras return to greater coherence while you rest.
This approach allows release to happen naturally rather than dramatically.
Many people describe the experience as deeply calming, grounding, and quietly transformative.

Experience & Background

I have been studying and practicing energy healing for over 20 years and have been facilitating group healing and sound experiences for more than a decade. These events bring together years of experience with subtle energy work, precise sound instruments, and carefully held group spaces.
This is not an activating or cathartic soundbath.
It is a space for deep rest, gentle release, and nervous system settling.
No prior experience is necessary. You are welcome exactly as you are.
