- **Event Description**: Cowgirl Bootcamp is something that is a little different every year, we follow a very loose schedule of activities to improve our horsemanship skills and cater to the dreams of the cowgirls in our groups. Some years the ladies want to emphasize their trail riding abilities, other times they want to learn how to rope or hone in their cattle working skills. We try to involve many different cowgirl activities and let the women sort of lead the way to how in depth each section might get. We typically start out with some basic horsemanship skills and go out on the trail, then we go and round up the cattle. After we check on the cattle we start to decide which direction the bootcamp will go, in the past we’ve had women wanting to improve their balance and learn to ride bareback, some women are interested in learning about mounted shooting and we end up setting up a very basic course in our arena and teach the basics of mounted shooting. Other times we’ve spent time learning to rope and go from the basics on the ground to getting some ropes thrown on live cattle from horseback. We’ve had some nitty gritty stuff where we’ve had some bull calves that needed castrated and vaccinated and the ladies wanted to get in on that action too! It really all depends on the dynamics of the individual group as to which aspect of Cowgirl action we delve into. That’s why we keep our itinerary very loose and flexible. We get ride time in every morning, break for lunch, get ride time in the afternoon and then we have dinner plans to go out to the local restaurants, an amazing winery, get some shopping in at the local Boot factory, and at least one night just cooking over the ranch Campfire swapping stories and making memories. The main thing is that everyone comes out with fun memories and feels like they have learned something new or improved what they knew.

$400 on your horse 
$700 on our horse 
Price includes stall for the event, instruction throughout, guides, dinner meals (alcohol at guests own expense). 
Other meals are guests responsibility and campsites/cabins are available at additional costs.
