Join the Rural City of Murray Bridge as we launch our new Disability Access and Inclusion Plan (DAIP) 2025–2029 during Neurodiversity Celebration Week.
This community morning tea is a chance to hear directly from people with disability about their experiences living in our region. Their voices have helped shape this plan and will guide Council’s commitment to building a more accessible and inclusive community.
This plan shows how Council will make our community:
- More accessible
- More inclusive
- Better for people with disability
What Council will do
Council will focus on:
- Training staff, volunteers and Council Members
- Making Council events accessible and inclusive
- Improving Council buildings and spaces
- Providing information in accessible formats
- Making recruitment and interviews more inclusive
This is a free community event open to people with disability, carers, families, service providers, local organisations and all community members who value inclusion.
If you have any accessibility requirements, please let us know when booking so we can support your participation.
