Speakeasy Nights: A Casual & Comfortable Evening with Friends

Based on the Danish and Norwegian word HYGGE, (pronounced hyoo-guh), meaning a cozy and convivial atmosphere that promotes well-being, Speakeasy Nights aim to capture the spirit of hygge also known as a form of everyday togetherness; a pleasant and highly-valued everyday experience of safety, equality, personal wholeness and spontaneous social flow.

Similar to the Trinadadian concept of “liming” – to get together and just BE.

Aren’t those gorgeous words?!?

If you are looking for a relaxed evening with good company, this is for you.

We simply gather, casually and comfortably, and enjoy each other's company with no agenda. Sometimes we enjoy fun conversation cards and tell stories and share memories. Mostly, we just unwind and relax.

Either way, the music plays low enough to hear the person next to you. Ahhhhhhh!

Refreshments and snacks served.
