Each month, we gather to share our journeys, to celebrate our wins, to support each other through difficult times, and to learn ways to build the lives we each deserve - full of love, acceptance, and pure spirit.
This class is meant for all women who crave something more -- something that can only be felt. When's the last time you felt truly SEEN?
Carve out these two and a half magical hours for self-reflection, movement/yoga or art, and growing inside and out! Whether it's through yoga or dance, art or craft, story or written word, each Gathering is a nod to the days when women did this EVERY. DAY. Outside of religious organizations, where do women meet other women with a passion for unbridled joy?? It is up to us to reignite this old practice, to gather and lift each other up - come be a part!
You are welcome AS YOU ARE! Show up excited, nervous, hopeful, skeptical, tired, happy -- you are wanted.
What to expect in class:
*Movement - via an accessible, beginner-friendly yoga flow or maybe unscripted dance time
*Art - maybe painting, collaging, knitting/sewing, writing, or the art of storytelling - changes each month!
*Connection - experience what it feels like to relate to each other, to see your journey in others'. Discover the foundations of true friendship.
*Freedom - be whoever you are; take part in whatever feels right to you and don't take part if it doesn't feel right
*Growth - you will be challenged to consider thoughts you've never thought, feelings you've never felt, and be invited to take action to become the person you were always meant to be; discover what it means to you to balance tenderness and discipline
*Honesty - practice being exactly you; uncover where you hide while others do the same
*Kindness - enjoy the beauty of building from a place of love
