Where else do women get the chance to meet other women with a passion for unbridled joy?? Reignite the old practice of gathering and lifting each other up!

You are welcome AS YOU ARE! Show up excited, nervous, hopeful, skeptical, tired, happy -- you are wanted.

What to expect:
*Movement - a beginner-friendly yoga flow
*Art - this changes every month! It might be paint, clay, storytelling, dance, weaving or something else entirely.
*Freedom - be whoever you are; take part in whatever feels right to you and don't take part if it doesn't feel right.
*Growth - you will be challenged to consider thoughts you've never thought, feelings you've never felt, and be invited to take action to become the person you were always meant to be. Discover what it means to you to balance tenderness and discipline.
*Honesty - practice being exactly you; uncover where you hide while others do the same
*Kindness - enjoy the beauty of building from a place of love
