Hometown Heroes Walk for Children 2026

The Child Advocacy Center celebrates Child Abuse Prevention Month with the Hometown Heroes Walk for Children.

This free event will take place on Friday, April 24th, 2026. The walk begins at the Murfreesboro Civic Plaza (111 W Vine St.) and concludes with a picnic lunch at Oakland Park Pavilion (410 Roberts St.).

Awards are given to local Hometown Heroes. 2026 is the 11th year for the Hometown Heroes Walk.

Walking is Free! Each walker requires an individual waiver. All ages are welcome!
