With the current climate of greater accountability of board directors and management in decision-making, every organization needs trained practitioners and experts with the right skills to effectively take down minutes of meetings.

This masterclass training is intended to provide minute takers an understanding of the importance of their role and practical techniques for producing minutes that contain essential information in concise and efficient language.

The modules include a step-by-step guide from preparing for the documentary and physical requirement of a meeting; writing an effective agenda; taking down effective notes using standard terminology in minutes writing and more!

This two-session webinar will combine instructional and interactive discussions and exercises including templates you can take back to your workplace and immediately use in meetings.

This is the only program that will teach you the best practices in minute-taking and provide you vital information regarding legal guidelines and regulations on meetings mandated by the Securities and Exchange Commission.


COURSE DIRECTOR AND LECTURER:

ATTY. DANNY ESPEJO BUNYI is a Certified Compliance Officer (CCO) certified by the American Academy of Financial Management (AAFM). 

He is a senior partner and group head of corporate and special projects at Divina Law.

His expertise ranges from corporate banking and finance, insurance, trust, and special projects with emphasis on regulatory compliance (AMLC, SEC, IC, etc.), to mergers and acquisitions, corporate housekeeping, financing documentation, cross-border transactions, and trust operations & investments.

His previous positions include having been a senior vice president at the Development Bank of the Philippines; first vice president and chief compliance officer at Robinsons Bank; and first vice president and head of the legal services group of Robinsons Savings Bank.

Government funds to be used in this training program will not be covered by Philippine Procurement Law or RA 9184 based on its Revised IRR’s Section 4.5-b which classifies training and seminars as non-procurement activities.

DBM circular 563 issued on April 22, 2016 also exempts public officials and government employees from the Php 2,000-limit per day on training fees.
