In this 90-minute trauma-informed journey, you’ll be guided through meditation, somatic techniques, and conscious connected breathwork to support nervous system regulation and emotional integration - inviting a deeper presence while accessing higher states of consciousness.

To further support integration, we’ll close the journey with a sound bath using crystal singing bowls and grounding tones to help your body anchor more deeply into your experience.

This is your invitation to return to the light that already lives within you.

✨ Please bring: a yoga mat, blanket, water, journal, pen, and anything else that helps you feel comfortable.

No prior experience required; however, please note this session does require you to be lying down, and is not recommended if you are pregnant, have a history of epilepsy, or cardiovascular conditions.
