4 Week Self-defense Camp Starting 11/22

Come learn practical self-defense techniques in a safe, structured environment. Camp starts 11/22/25 at 11am and runs for 4 weeks.

Each week we will cover new topics:
Week 1: Kicks
Week 2: Upper-body Strikes
Week 3: Breaking out of Holds
Week4: Putting it all together

Cost: $75 for all 4 weeks or $25 per class.
