Waterloo-Pinckney Crucible

The Waterloo-Pinckney Crucible is a 22 mile self-supported endurance hike along the Waterloo-Pinckney Trail.

Participants will have 12 hours (8am-8pm) to complete The Crucible hiking route. Registration, the morning of the event, will begin at 6:45am. Aid stations will be at four to six mile intervals where the Crucible Crew will be posted with log books. Each hiker will receive an event T-Shirt the morning of the event and a patch upon completion of the hike.
Tickets go on sale January 1, 2026, and are $70 each. Link to purchase tickets will be provided soon.
Camping will be available at the event site with the purchase of a $30 Crucible Village pass.

Proceeds from this event will help fund new trail markings in the Waterloo Recreation Area!
