Do you sometimes feel unstable in pivots or turns? Would you like to gain more balance and become more aware of how you move?
This workshop is designed for tango dancers who want to improve their balance, body alignment, and movement quality. 

✨ Suitable for all roles and experience levels.

Teacher: Isabella Schmitt.
Organiser: Taffarello Tango.

What to expect: 
In this workshop, we will work with targeted exercises to enhance balance, alignment, and body awareness, specifically tailored to the demands of tango. 
You will learn how to find your own axis, deepen your connection to the floor, and improve your stability in walking, pivots and turns. A special focus will be placed on strengthening the feet and lower extremities to support a healthy and stable leg alignment. 
The body is always approached as an integrated whole, combining coordination, strength, and awareness. And of course, fun is part of the process — engaging neuro-motor tasks will keep the learning playful and dynamic.

About the teacher:
Isabella is a sports scientist, fitness and climbing trainer, and certified yoga teacher, and a lecturer in sports sciences at the Technical University of Munich. Her teaching combines solid anatomical knowledge with hands-on practice and a strong focus on healthy, sustainable movement. Inspired by tango, she develops targeted exercises to improve strength, mobility, and coordination for dance.

Price: €30. 
Note: By participating in the workshop, you can attend the Tango Práctica from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. free of charge.
