Enjoy free access to the fitness center, demonstrations, meet-and-greets with trainers and mascots, and exclusive membership promotions. Whether you’re looking to try a new fitness program, explore the facility, or simply have fun with the family, there’s something for everyone!

 
ACTIVITIES SCHEDULE

MORNING OPEN HOUSE: 9 am–12 pm

•  Free access to all fitness center amenities!

•  Meet the Trainers: Take advantage of the opportunity to meet our Personal Training team. Held in the MCC Lobby and on the Fitness Floor.

•  9 am–12 pm: Intro to Pickleball: Guests and current members can learn to play the game of pickleball and experience the social/physical benefits it has to offer. Light instruction will be provided by an MPRD instructor. Held in the MCC gymnasium.

•  10 am–12 pm: New Equipment Demonstration: Learn more about some of our new equipment including the Octane Seated Elliptical. Held on the Fitness Floor.

•  11 am–12 pm “Taste of Fitness—Gold”: An introduction to group fitness programming that is designed for our active adult community. There will be three 15-minute sessions that will highlight balance, yoga, and stretching. Held in Fitness Studio 1.

•  Rush Physical Therapy Tours/Meet and Greets

EVENING OPEN HOUSE: 4–6 pm

•  Free access to all fitness center amenities!

•  Meet the Trainers: Take advantage of the opportunity to meet our Personal Training team. Held in the MCC Lobby and on the Fitness Floor.

•   4–5 pm: Meet and Greet with Mundy Lion! Held in the MCC Lobby.

•  4–6 pm: Crafting with kids: A variety of interactive fun crafts will be setup in the lobby area for children of tours/members/etc.

•   4–6 pm: New Equipment Demonstration: Learn more about some of our new equipment including the Octane Seated Elliptical. Held on the Fitness Floor.

•   4–6 pm: Family Swim: Held at the Indoor Pool.

•  4–6 pm: Open Gym: Basketball Court 1, Open Net Volleyball Court 2.

•  5–6 pm Meet and Greet with Leroy the Lobster! Held at the Indoor Pool.

•  5:15 pm: “Taste of Fitness – Zumba and Cycle”: Drop in on two of our most popular group fitness classes: In Studio 1 join Steve for some Zumba Toning. In Studio 2 Cycle with Judy! Limited space available.

•  Rush Physical Therapy Tours/Meet and Greets

PROMOTIONS/DEALS

•   Guided tours: Any nonmember who completes guided tour will receive 2 guest passes when they complete a tour/guest registration form.

•  New membership promotion: New members will receive half off their first month membership (1 year commitment).

•  Bundle Promotion: Receive discounted Barefoot Bay Pass (Early Bird) rates with the purchase of an annual Health and Fitness Center membership.

•  Current Members: Bring a friend for free.
