However, its popularity has soared in recent times as we become more educated about gut health and how much this effects our overall health - and the inclusion of fermented food in our diet is just one of the ways we can improve it.Fermented foods can be purchased commercially, but making your own is actually very easy and the taste is worlds apart from what you can purchase in the store.
