💪🐾 Reps for Rescue is a two–day fitness fundraiser benefiting The Safe Haus! Join us at CrossFit Tried & True in Muncy for a weekend of sweat, strength, and community — all in the name of saving dogs.
Saturday, December 6
CrossFit classes at 8:00, 9:30, and 11:00 AM
($25 per person or $40 per pair – max 24 per class)
☕ Roast & Refuel Café will have specials, with proceeds supporting The Safe Haus!
Sunday, December 7
🥋 Jiu-Jitsu with Black Belt trainer Steve Austin (not the pro wrestler!)
Private Class: 9:30–11:30 AM
Women’s Self-Defense: 1:00 PM
