Many of you know us best for our “Paws for a Cause” fundraiser benefiting ARF and because of the incredible support and success of that event, we knew we wanted to continue growing this tradition of giving back. This year, we are excited to introduce the official name of our annual fundraiser: ✨MARKED FOR GOOD ✨ Each year, Fox & Sparrow will partner with a new organization to raise money and awareness for a cause close to our community. For our inaugural Marked for Good event, we are honored to partner with Delaware County Special Needs Prom & Events with the help of Co-Founder Lynne Hatfield, Board Member, Abrina McCormick, and of course, Hayden.💗 📅 SEPTEMBER 5TH, 2026 ⏰ 1:00 PM–7:00 PM 📍 FOX & SPARROW TATTOO 304 S Walnut St Muncie, IN 47305 🖋️ FLASH TATTOOS Joshua and Sammie recently visited Hillcroft in Muncie to gather tattoo design ideas directly from the individuals who attend these events. That’s right, the flash designs were inspired by the attendees themselves! 🥹✨ The designs will be available to preview before the event, so keep an eye out for the flash reveal! 🖤50% OF ALL FLASH TATTOO PROCEEDS WILL BE DONATED🖤 All donated funds will help support Delaware County Special Needs Prom & Events as they continue planning and providing free events for the special needs community throughout the year. 📝 A sign-up sheet will be available at the door. We encourage clients to explore and support other local downtown businesses while waiting for their turn. You’ll receive a text when it’s time to come back for your tattoo! ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 💚A YEAR OF BELONGING 💚 Many people know Delaware County Special Needs Prom & Events for their incredible annual Special Needs Prom, which welcomed 1,200 attendees this year. But their mission goes far beyond one unforgettable night. Delaware County Special Needs Prom & Events is a local 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to creating a year of belonging for individuals with special needs. Throughout the year, they provide FREE events that bring people together, build friendships, boost confidence, and remind every individual that they are seen, celebrated, and loved. Their events include: 💚Annual Special Needs Prom 💚Say Yes to the Dress 💚Dress to Impress — free suits and formalwear 💚End of Summer Splash Bash 💚Harvest Hoedown 💚Trunk or Treat 💚Roll Into the New Year Bowling Party 💚Monthly Spa Days 💚Monthly Haircut Days 💚And many other opportunities for connection, fun, and belonging throughout the year. For many of the individuals they serve, these events are the highlights of their year—a chance to socialize in a welcoming and accepting environment where they can simply be themselves. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 💙 MEET HAYDEN 💙 Hayden loves downtown and is the spark of our interest in getting more involved in this organization. He performs and attends performances at Civic Theatre, creates all kinds of art at Made in Muncie, enjoys burgers at Savages and Lahody’s, visits the bookstore and Toys Forever, and loves simply walking around downtown, especially using the talking crosswalks on Main Street. He loves feeling a sense of community. He loves meeting new people and making friends. The first time Hayden came into Fox & Sparrow, he was nervous. He had never been inside a tattoo shop before. Now, a trip downtown isn’t complete without stopping in to say hi to his favorite artists. He lights up our day when he stops by to show us something new he has made or to tell us about his latest adventures. We are so grateful to know Hayden and to have the opportunity to support an organization that helps create more moments of connection, community, and belonging for people like him. 🕺 ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🫶🏼 NOT A TATTOO PERSON?
