It’s time to come back to the band!

Former Northside HS, Southside HS, and Muncie Central band members are invited to join the MCHS Athletic Band for our 2026 Homecoming Game as the Bearcats take on Marion!

Meet in the MCHS Band Room at 5:45 PM

This is open to band alumni from all years. Whether you graduated last year or haven’t picked up an instrument in decades, we would love to have you back!

You’ll get the chance to make music alongside our current directors, Mr. Ulery and Mr. Denniston, AND some familiar faces from Muncie’s band history, as some of our past directors will also be returning to join us for the night!

Don’t have an instrument anymore? No problem! We can provide an instrument if you need one—just let us know when you register. We’ll also have plenty of music binders ready to go.

Once you complete the registration form, you’ll receive a link to the music so you can look it over ahead of time. Our Alumni Night book will include some of the newest songs in the MCHS Athletic Band book, plenty of favorites, a few classics selected especially for Alumni Night, and both the Northside and Southside High School fight songs!

Haven’t played since high school? That’s okay! Dust off those chops and come have some fun. This night is about bringing generations of Muncie musicians together and celebrating the history of our band programs.
