The evening will conclude with a performance, specially composed by Sumanth to celebrate this evening.Born into a distinguished lineage of Carnatic masters, Sumanth Manjunath represents a powerful blend of tradition and contemporary expression. Trained in the revered Mysore violin tradition by his grandfather Sri Mahadevappa, uncle Vidwan Mysore Nagaraj, and father Dr. Mysore Manjunath, his foundation is deeply rooted in classicism. He has performed at prestigious festivals such as the Tansen Festival and Dum Dum Classical Music Festival. He was also honoured to perform at Rashtrapati Bhavan for the Presidents of India and Indonesia, in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He has also performed at 37 major festivals and venues across Europe.
