Anshima, the facilitator, has healed her own trauma over a period of 15 years and now serves others through her mental health initiative, Commit To Self, and an education initiative for underprivileged children, Akshar India Fellowship. She is a trained hypnotherapist, past life regression therapist, and counselor, with additional training in Compassionate Inquiry, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, and Family Constellations Therapy. Serious and conscious seekers, as well as individuals who have undergone therapy and understand inner work, are encouraged to attend. As a goodwill gesture, participants will receive a complimentary 45-minute online assessment with Anshima after the workshop at a mutually convenient time.
