Bharat Vikas Parishad, Powai-Chandivali is excited to announce the 12th edition of the Swami Vivekanand Run, taking place on Sunday, September 22, 2024, at Hiranandani Gardens, Powai. This remarkable run aims to spread awareness of Swami Vivekanand's teachings and contribute to charitable causes. A portion of the proceeds generated from the event will be utilised to support various charitable initiatives. 

The Swami Vivekanand Run not only promotes healthy living but also encourages participation from families and individuals alike. It aims to achieve the following objectives:

• Raise awareness among the youth about the teachings of Swami Vivekanand.
• Generate resources to support social causes.

Each year, a portion of the proceeds generated by the run is dedicated to supporting social organisations working on the following initiatives:

• Vanvasi Kalyan: Initiatives aimed at the welfare and upliftment of tribal communities.
• Swasth Seva: Providing healthcare services to underprivileged individuals.
• Shiksha: Ensuring education for underprivileged children.
