Stretch x Take It Easy
Every Tuesday, Bombay Running are hosting strength training session which is suitable for every LEVEL.
Whether you are a beginner or a PRO, we want you to #JoinTheCrew and TRAIN with us. Strength Training is important to improve your running form and otherwise stay fit.
- The Strength Training workout consists of series of exercises like Stretches, Squats, Lunges, Push-Ups with multiple variations and new kind of exercises each Tuesday. You can choose do as many reps as you like depending on your fitness level.
- We provide a handy Bombay Running hydration bottle- if you don’t have one yet. However carry your own water
- There is no specific baggage drop-off but you can leave your bag in one of the crew runners’ car or just keep over the promenade
We meet 6 AM at Shivaji Park outside Park Club. Park Club is opposite to Shivaji Park ground facing Sea Link. Its a beautiful open space. Dadar, Prabhadevi Stations are close by
