Payment Details:
₹200/- Entry fee for participation (Photographs)
₹6000/- Per frame as final fees for putting up the photograph at the Jehangir Art Gallery

Theme: OPEN
Age: 16years and above.
1)Minimum one frame to a maximum of 4 frames per participant allowed.
The participant has to specify in the mail how many frames they want to exhibit
Submission: Minimum 3 Photographs ?per submission. 
For more frames, 6 photographs are required. 
2) A panel of 3 judges will screen the photographs & the ones chosen by them will be put up at the exhibition.
3) It will be the Administrator's final call for selection and rejection of the said photographer and photograph in any unforeseen circumstances.
4) Plagiarism is strictly prohibited.
5) The Administrators will make the final decision.

Points while submitting the photographs via email
1) Submit the payment screenshot with the entries.
2) Name, age, gender, and mobile number of participant.
3) Consent for using submitted photographs for promotion.
4) Rename the photograph with the name of participant No_1, No_2, No_3 (example: Prerna_1, Prerna_2) ?

Selected participants will need to send high-quality Raw/JPEG files by November 1, 2025.
Charges as per frame basis.
The last date for submission of entries is 11.59 pm, 5th October 2025.
The final List is to be announced by the third week of  October 2025.
