Movement synergy (Functional Training) is a workout designed around natural & primitive human movement patterns, body-mind unity & breath. Movement synergy covers all aspects of fitness; mobility, locomotion, strength, agility, power, control, endurance, mind-body coordination & much more. Most importantly Mobility & locomotion because they are the most vital but surprisingly most neglected areas in current fitness culture.

About the trainer- Suraj Chauhan
"I have three years of experience in group & personal fitness training. I have been personally training some of the top theatre artists in Mumbai. I did an advance certification course in fitness training by Gold's gym in 2013. I source my knowledge, routine & methods from years of experience in sports, theatre, martial arts, conventional & unconventional weight training, some other ancient & modern movement forms & study of human bio-mechanics.. My perspective about workout is more than just aesthetics (weight gain & loss), real fitness goes deeper & effects one's entire being & life."
