Reiki is a wonderful step into your own self-healing.

Reiki promotes balance and healing within your mind, body and soul.

Join me for a day of restorative learning about your own self healing theough meditation, energy clearing and community.

In Reiki Level 1 you will.learn:

✨️ The understanding of Reiki, how it works , its benefits, the history and the importance of the Reiki Principles.

✨️Reiki healing hand positions for self-healing.

✨️Attunements to Reiki energy.

✨️Discover and work with your own energy system, how to cleanse your energy and grounding techniques.

✨️You will learn how to bring Reiki into your day to day life.

On completion, you will receive a Reiki level 1 certificate.
