This cooking class is meant for couples to have a special evening out learning something new, enjoying a good meal together and make new friends in the kitchen! So whether you're celebrating Valentines, Galentines, or just want to enjoy some fun time with your loved one, this class is for YOU!

MENU:
- Tandoor Chicken (You will learn how to make a marinade to take home with you after class + enjoy eating it during class!)
- Cucumber Coriander Raita (a yogurt sauce to be eaten with main dishes)
- Mango Lassi (Indian Style Mango Milkshake)
- Dubai Chocolate Brownies 
- Hot Masala Chai

(This Menu consists of Dairy, Nuts, and is not Gluten-Free)

*COST: $120 per person (payment must be received by 2/8/26 to be confirmed to class)

PLEASE NOTE: 

1. All our classes are interactive, hand-on so be prepared to cook in the kitchen with Chef Chetna and learn some delicious Indian dishes.  After class, everyone will enjoy a "family-style meal" together.

2. All Recipes will be provided in class for take-home

3. PAYMENT TERMS: 
Full payment for the class is due no later than five (5) days prior to the scheduled class date. (BY: 2/8/26)

4. CANCELLATIONS & REFUND POLICY:
Cancellations within 48 hours of the class will receive a 50% refund only. After the 48-hour period, NO REFUNDS will be issued, as all ingredients and supplies will have been procured in advance for the scheduled class. 

5. ALLERGIES & DIETARY RESTRICTIONS:
Participant confirms that all food allergies, sensitivities, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions have been disclosed in writing no later than five (5) days prior to the class. (Please DM privately)

6. INDEMNIFICATION:
Upon confirming payment and accepting all class details provided in this invite, the Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Culinary Center and Chef from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from participation.
