Kord stardijoonel, pead maksku mis maksab jõudma omal jõul finishini. Tasuks on kõige erilisem saavutus ja mälestused, mida Eesti loodus pakkuda võib. Maastiku maratoni rada kulgeb valdavalt kitsastel metsaradadel ja pinnasteedel, kuid esineb ka ebatasaseid ja alustaimestikuga lõike, mis panevad vaimu tõsiselt proovile. Raja kergeimad ja ühed ilusaimad lõigud on Kodru raba ja Kakerdaja raba läbivad laudteed. Kõrgustevahed ei ole Eestile kohaselt suured ja need moodustuvad põhiliselt jääajast pärit küngastike ületamisest. Rada on tähistatud lintide, noolte ja RMK matkaraja tähistega. Kõik osalejad saavad alla laadida raja GPS andmed. Rada on avatud 7,5 tundi, mis tähendab, et seda võib läbida ka hoogsa matkana. Kes ei söanda veel ette võtta tervet 42+ km distantsi, kuid soovivad siiski Maastiku Maratoni kogeda võivad osaleda ca. 27 km pikkusel rajal Mõnuverest läbi Kakerdaja raba ja Kõrvemaa metsade Aegviitu. Või ca 15km pikkusele rajal, mis algab Valgehobusemäelt ja suundub Aegviitu. -------- ENGLISH INFORMATION: This is a real trail marathon which takes you through beautiful native forests and bogs of Estonia. As much as a running race, it is also a point to point expedition through Estonia's uninhabited wilderness. 2026 race will take place on a southern course! Course starts from Estonian national writer Tammsaare's famous book "Truth and justice" location Järva-Madise church and ends in the center of Kõrvemaa Landscape Conservation Area in Aegviidu. This run is not for the faint hearted. Dropping out is not possible. Once at the starting line, you have to push through until finish line on your own power. The reward is the most special achievement and memories that Estonian nature can offer. Trail marathon course runs mostly on narrow forest paths and dirt roads, but there are also rough sections without trail that really challenge the spirit. The easiest and some think most beautiful sections of the trail are the boardwalks through Kodru bog and Kakerdaja bog. The height differences are not large in Estonia and they are mainly formed by crossing some hills from Ice Age. The course is marked with ribbons, arrows and hiking trail signs. All participants can download the GPS data of the course. The course is open for 7.5 hours, which means that it can also be completed as a fast hike.
