About the event

Yoga for Anxiety & Depression - 6 week program
Find calm, connection, and balance through a gentle and trauma-sensitive yoga practice designed to support emotional wellbeing. This 6 week Program, offered through a weekly 75 minute class at Mudjimba Community Hall, offers a space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with your body in a safe and supportive environment. Led by a compassionate and experienced Psychotherapist and Yoga Teacher, the sessions integrate evidence-based principles from both yoga and psychology to give you tools which may ease symptoms of anxiety and depression over time, support regulation of the nervous system, and foster greater self-awareness and resilience.​
6 Wednesdays - 5:45pm to 7pm
18th March, 25th March, 1st April, 8th April, 15th April, 22nd April
Early bird $177 until 17th February. Bookings essential.
