Begin with a heart-opening cacao ritual to gently awaken your senses and set sacred intention for the day.

Fire Medicine Workshop

Explore the fire element – the symbol of transformation, action and momentum – understand how to work with this powerful element, to help you release what’s no longer serving you and tap into renewed energy , passion and creativity. 

Organic, Nourishing Light Lunch
A delicious, seasonal lunch prepared with love using organic, locally-sourced ingredients. Gluten and dairy-free options available.

Candle Making Workshop
Create your own intention-infused solstice candle — a tool for ritual, manifestation, and calling in what you’re ready to ignite in your next chapter.

Breath of Fire Yoga | Reiki | Sound Healing
An energising combination of breathwork and movement, designed to activate life force, increase vitality and boost energy. Finishing with Reiki and a sound bath experience to integrate your activation. 

This retreat offers a simple and meaningful way to reconnect with yourself, reset your focus, and start the summer feeling clear, aligned, and energised.
