Welcoming a new baby is exciting but can also feel overwhelming. 
Triple P for Baby is part of the world-renowned Triple P – Positive Parenting Program® and provides parents with practical strategies for nurturing their baby’s growth and strengthening family relationships. The program is proven to help parents:

- Support baby’s social, emotional, and brain development
- Confidently manage crying, sleep, and daily routines
- Navigate partner conflicts and reduce stress
- Understand baby’s signals and encourage language learning
- Care for your own emotional and mental health
- Enjoy parenthood more fully

This 4-week class meets on September 16, 23, 30, and October 7
from 5:45–7:45 p.m. at the Wright Family Medical Pavilion. Dinner included! Free to parents living or working in Knox County, OH.
