The Ruckman Group is proud to host the Knox County Spring Farm Consignment Auction, bringing together serious buyers and quality equipment from across the region. This is one of our premier annual consignment events, designed to give sellers maximum exposure and buyers a wide selection—all in one day.

✨ New & Returning Feature:
We will once again offer simulcast bidding on the equipment ring, allowing online bidders to participate in real time alongside on-site buyers. This expanded buyer pool helps drive competitive bidding and strong results for consignors.

Early consigning is strongly encouraged to take full advantage of our marketing campaign.

💼 Commission Scale (Per Item)

Our transparent, seller-friendly commission structure:

$15,001 & Above — 5%

$5,001 to $15,000 — 10%

$1,501 to $5,000 — 15%

$501 to $1,500 — 20%

$101 to $500 — 25%

$100 & Under — 35%

$25 Buy-Back Fee charged for each no-sale lot

All items sell AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no guarantees

Accepted payments: Cash, Check, or Major Credit Cards

5% card fee (waived for cash or check)

Online bidders:

10% Buyer’s Premium

2% discount for cash or check payments

Out-of-state buyers must pay by wire transfer prior to pickup or freight arrangements

All items must be removed from the fairgrounds within 24 hours of auction close

Sunday pickup must be scheduled with the auctioneers
