Like food? LOVE wine?! Up for a little brain teaser? For only $40 / person you can kick back and enjoy a night of fine dining, wine and trivia!

Throughout the night, you will enjoy a four course food & wine pairing while light trivia questions are floated around. This medley of unique dishes paired with thoughtfully selected tastings of wine is an event you won’t want to miss!

Just think, when the conversation has run dry at your next holiday get together, you’ll have the ability to keep the conversation going by talking about all the fun you had at the river! Conversation = rekindled

We will start out the night with a lemony hearts of palm & arugula salad paired with Rebellious Sauvignon Blanc

Next up is a Manhattan Clam Chowder topped with homemade croutons paired with Castle Rock Pinot Noir

The third course will be a pecan encrusted salmon with herb roasted potatoes paired with Bogle Heritage Red.

To finish the night strong we have house made key lime pie with Pacific Rim Dry Riesling.
