Yoga for Giving

Take care of yourself while taking care of others this holiday season with our Yoga for Giving class. Enjoy a 75-minute candlelit yoga class, where you’ll unwind under the twinkling lights of our cozy Abisso hall. This class is donation-based to benefit local food pantries in our area. Class participants have the option to donate either funds or canned goods that will be used to package full dinner meals for families.
