- **Event Description**: You are invited to a FREE presentation of the mini-course  “The SOMATIC RESET”, next Sunday 22nd February at 5pm! We will practice together embodied movement on selected music, to release stored tensions, regulate the nervous system, and reduce deep-seated stress.
       Gentle breathing, somatic exercises and Biodanza®SRT dances, will allow anyone to explore his/her own body's wisdom: this kind of embodiment practice has the quiet power to brings us back into contact with ourselves and with original life forces - not as ideas, but as lived experience.
       Semi-guided movement supported by a musical immersion will allow us to “stay in the flow”, and bypass intellectual thinking, enabling the body to navigate through sensations, in search of its psychosomatic balance: this mini-course will facilitates your authentic movement and self expression, rather than "correct" dance steps/body postures.
     No previous experience is needed, just curiosity and presence :-) !   

PRACTICAL INFOS

       I am Eleonora, Embodiment Coach and Biodanza® SRT Didactic Teacher, and this presentation is FREE for the newcomers to my classes however, since the space can hold max. 25 people, booking is required: kindly DM me or send a WA - 7929 6655 (the normal contribution to the event is otherwise 20 euro).
    “The SOMATIC RESET” mini-course will then continue on 28th February and 8th/23rd/29th March: the contribution, when paid in advance, will be of 45 euro for three classes/60 euro for four classes.
    We will move barefoot or with no-slip socks, dressed confortably in layers: kindly remember your bottle of water :-)!
